Terms of Service
By using Gosper you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Gosper is an AI-agent platform that executes tasks on your behalf, including via third-party integrations you connect. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors — verify anything you rely on.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Gosper for anything illegal or abusive, including malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, mining, or infringing others’ rights. You are responsible for actions the agent takes on connected accounts under your direction. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Billing & credits
Usage is metered in GRU (Gosper Resource Units). Each plan includes a monthly free allowance; you can buy one-time GRU packs (permanent credits) via Stripe. Prices and allowances are shown in-app and may change with notice.
4. Refunds
One-time GRU packs are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or at our discretion for unused credits. Contact support for billing issues.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for actions the agent performs on your connected third-party accounts.
6. Termination & changes
You may stop using Gosper and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

2. 可接受使用
不得用于任何违法或滥用行为,包括恶意软件、钓鱼、垃圾信息、未授权访问、挖矿或侵犯他人权利。你对 agent 在你指示下对已连接账号的操作负责。违反条款的账户可能被暂停。
3. 计费与额度
用量以 GRU(Gosper Resource Unit)计量。每个套餐含每月免费额度;可通过 Stripe 购买一次性 GRU 包(永久额度)。价格与额度以应用内为准,变更会提前告知。
4. 退款
一次性 GRU 包一经入账通常不退,法律要求或我们酌情对未使用额度处理的除外。计费问题请联系客服。
5. 免责与责任限制
服务按“现状”提供,不作任何担保。在法律允许范围内,我们的责任以你过去三个月支付的金额为上限。对 agent 在你已连接的第三方账号上的操作,我们不承担责任。
6. 终止与变更
你可随时停止使用并删除账户。我们可能更新本条款;继续使用即视为接受。
